The final chapter of Republic of Doyle puts the pedal to the metal in the premiere episode of Season 6. It's looking pretty grim for the Doyles – Jake is in jail, arrested for the murder of former Mayor Clarke, Leslie in a coma after being buried alive by Brogan, and the Doyles are reeling from Sloan's theft and are flat broke.
